For each contract, PT Sumbermakmur Sejahterabuana develop a Quality Plan which incorporated the manual and series of project specific procedures, together with organization detail, job description and the particular quality records form that will be used for the contract.
The quality plan associated inspection and test plan therefore define the quality management system to be applied in order to satisfy the requirements of the quality manual, the international or local standards and the client specifications.
The plan is formulated from a review of client requirements and our own quality objectives, whitch are often set to exceed contractural or regulatory specifications.
